1. By participating in any promotion, members are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to the promotion terms, website usage restrictions, and other related rules.

2. All bonuses are calculated in CNY (or the equivalent account currency).

3. Before the bonus is credited into the account, all betting turnover will not be counted toward the promotion wagering requirement.

4. All bonus calculations are rounded down to whole numbers; decimal points will not be counted.

5. Bonuses are generally credited into the member’s VCBetAsia account within 24 hours after successful application and verification. Once a member has successfully received a bonus and placed bets using it, any request to cancel or deduct the bonus will not be entertained.

6. Bonuses must be used for betting purposes within 15 days after being credited; expired unused bonuses will be considered invalid. All bets must have win/loss results to qualify. Any cancelled or refunded bets will not count. Any risk-free bets, bets with odds lower than 1.5 (inclusive of stake), all Baccarat tie/no-result bets, and Insurance Baccarat bets will not count toward valid turnover requirements.

7. Each member may only claim the first deposit bonus once. If more than one first deposit bonus is requested, only the first submitted application will be considered valid.

8. If a member participates in more than one promotion, the turnover generated from one promotion cannot be counted toward another promotion’s wagering requirement.

9. Members who have enjoyed any promotion must make one valid deposit after completing the required wagering turnover before participating in other promotions.

10. Any bets (bet amount, number of rounds, or winnings) generated from free play credits/chips or bonuses are not eligible for participation in any「VCBetAsia」 promotion.

11. Unless otherwise stated, members are not allowed to:

a) Participate in more than one promotion or claim more than one bonus simultaneously;

b) Use the same deposit transaction number or betting transaction number to participate in multiple promotions.

12. If a member fails to complete the required wagering turnover due to having a zero account balance and requests to unlock the bonus, the system will automatically close all ongoing games in order to remove the bonus lock.

13. Each customer, including those from the same household, address, same/similar IP address, email address, bank card/bank account, same computer (including universities, groups, schools, public libraries, offices, etc.), or shared computer (such as schools, public libraries, or workplaces), is only eligible to enjoy the same promotion once.

14. If a member is found to own more than one account and attempts to claim rewards multiple times, their eligibility for the promotion will be cancelled. 「VCBetAsia」 reserves the right to confiscate the principal, winnings, and bonus funds from the related accounts and close duplicate accounts. For member data security reasons, 「VCBetAsia」 will not disclose duplicate account information as proof when rejecting an application.

15. If a member is found violating promotion rules or engaging in any group/individual fraudulent activities, 「VCBetAsia」reserves the right to cancel all bonuses obtained and freeze the account.

16. 「VCBetAsia」 reserves the right to reject withdrawal requests made before the wagering requirements are completed. If a member insists on withdrawing, the website will deduct all bonuses and winnings obtained, then return the principal or remaining balance (if less than the principal), and may also charge additional withdrawal processing fees.

17. 「VCBetAsia」 reserves:

a) The absolute discretion to cancel, modify, or terminate any promotion at any time;

b) The right to interpret and apply all promotions and the general website terms of use.
